Arten von Zahntraumata bei Kindern<\/h2>\n

Ein Zahntrauma kann verschiedene Arten von Gewebe betreffen. Durch eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Bewertung kann die am besten geeignete Behandlung bestimmt werden. <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Verletzungen von Zahnschmelz, Dentin und Zement<\/strong>: Diese betreffen die st\u00e4rksten Teile des Zahns und k\u00f6nnen mit oder ohne Beteiligung des Zahnmarks (des inneren Teils des Zahns) auftreten.<\/li>\n
  • Trauma des st\u00fctzenden Gewebes des Zahns<\/strong>: Diese Verletzungen betreffen das Knochengewebe, das parodontale Ligament und die Gingiva, d.h. die Strukturen, die den Zahn in seinem Sockel stabil halten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Erste Intervention bei einem Milchzahntrauma<\/h2>\n

    Im Falle eines Traumas wird der Zahnarzt \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob neben dem Milchzahn auch der sich bildende bleibende Zahn betroffen war, um m\u00f6gliche zuk\u00fcnftige Komplikationen zu minimieren.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Scharfe<\/strong> Kanten: Wenn der Zahn scharfe<\/strong> Kanten hat, werden diese gegl\u00e4ttet, um Verletzungen der Lippe oder der Schleimhaut zu vermeiden. Anschlie\u00dfend werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kontrollen durchgef\u00fchrt, um eine eventuelle Sp\u00e4tnekrose zu \u00fcberwachen, die an der Ver\u00e4nderung der Farbe des Zahns (der sich verdunkeln kann) oder am Auftreten einer kleinen Blase auf dem Zahnfleisch dar\u00fcber erkennbar ist. Im Falle einer Nekrose wird eine spezielle zahn\u00e4rztliche Behandlung durchgef\u00fchrt oder, falls erforderlich, der Zahn extrahiert. <\/li>\n
    • Zahnverschiebung<\/strong>: Wenn der Zahn aus seiner urspr\u00fcnglichen Position verschoben wurde, warten wir auf seine nat\u00fcrliche Repositionierung, ohne sofort einzugreifen.<\/li>\n
    • Vollst\u00e4ndiger Zahnverlust<\/strong>: Im Falle einer Avulsion (vollst\u00e4ndiger Verlust des Milchzahns) wird keine Reimplantation durchgef\u00fchrt, um m\u00f6gliche Sch\u00e4den am darunter liegenden bleibenden Zahn zu vermeiden. Jegliche Ver\u00e4nderungen werden sichtbar sein, wenn der neue bleibende Zahn in seine nat\u00fcrliche Position durchbricht. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Erste Intervention bei Trauma der bleibenden Z\u00e4hne<\/h2>\n

      • Abgeschlagener<\/strong> bleibender Zahn: Wenn der bleibende Zahn vollst\u00e4ndig abgeschlagen wurde, ist es wichtig, ihn sofort in Kochsalzl\u00f6sung oder Milch zu lagern, um das Risiko einer Kontamination zu verringern. Die optimale L\u00f6sung ist, wenn m\u00f6glich, den Zahn so schnell wie m\u00f6glich, sp\u00e4testens aber zwei Stunden nach dem Trauma, wieder zu implantieren. <\/li>\n
      • Verlust<\/strong> der Vitalit\u00e4t: Wenn der Zahn seine Vitalit\u00e4t verliert, kann eine Wurzelbehandlung (Devitalisierung) erforderlich sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
